What We Do
The staff at the Northwest ADA Center are experts on matters of the Americans with Disabilities Act. As the Region 10 ADA Center within the ADA National Network, we provide services to the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Our regional office is located in Washington State, and we have state partners, who are also ADA experts, in each state.
The Northwest ADA Center receives questions from many types of people including people with disabilities and their families, employers, businesses, state and local governments, architects and contractors, and healthcare practicioners. Some of our services include:
- A toll-free hotline and staffed email to answer your ADA questions
- Site Surveys
- Dissemination of ADA Materials
We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. However, please see our Legal Resources for a list of organizations which may be able to provide you with pro bono or low-income legal assistance.
Disclaimer: The information, materials, and/or technical assistance, that are provided by The Northwest ADA Center, is intended as general, and are neither a determination of your legal rights or responsibilities under the ADA or any other law nor binding on any agency with enforcement responsibilities under the ADA.
